I was billed for an injection I did not receive. I declined the numbing injection. I only received the steroid injection. When you finished giving me the single injection, you stated, "You are tough." My chart indicates that I received both injections. Please correct my chart.
Dr. Shapiro was great.
I have 3 sons who are patients of Dr Shapiro. He has operated on all 3. His bedside manor, is only surpassed by his skill as a surgeon. He truly cares about his patients.
Jeff is the best when it comes to knees. My whole family has used him at some point. He's straight to the point and doesn't believe in unnecessary procedures. I don't trust my knees to anyone else! He's done ACL and MCL in both my knees.
He is an absolutely fantastic doctor. Professional. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Needed to have knee surgery and he was informative and very nice! He got me in for surgery when it was good for me. Would use him again if I need another surgery!
Dr Shapiro was friendly,knowledgeable , and helpful. Hopefully my shoulder condition will improve with his suggestion of an anti inflammatory/rest
He explained everything and made sure I understood everything he told me and made sure I didn’t have any questions
Dr Shapiro was prompt to the appointment and thorough but concise. He was also VERY helpful expediting the necessary MRI follow up and next appointment.
