Rip off. Stay away if you value honesty and integrity.
Dr. Gray did smile makeover as he calls it and he left over twenty one open margins, left overhangs, placed crowns on molars that are not rated for molars. His chart notes indicated he was aware there were open margins, yet he permanently seated the crowns anyway. This was done in October. Four months later after having to wear another appliance to correct the bite, I am having to do the entire procedure over. All his crowns have to be removed and replaced. Me and my husband came back to Doctor Gray to have more dental work done. After few years of trying ‘cheaper’ options with other dental offices (due to our dental insurance), we are now determined to only let Dr. Gray touch our teeth. Every cent we spend on Dr. Gray’s services is well worth it. I've been going to Dr. Jeff Gray for many years. I had been through several brutal dentistry appointments in the past to the point that I would ignore and delay going to a dentist until I was in unbearable pain. Dr. Gray offered sedation appointments that took the pain, worry, and anxiety totally off the table. I have been going to Dr. Gray ever since 1991 and besides being a top notch professional, have found his caring, easy manner very reassuring. His work that he and his staff do are bar none in my eyes, and after a traumatic experience of having one of my front teeth break off, he and his assistant Carla fixed me up in a timely manner.
