Dr Charen has been taking care of my entire family for many years. He is thorough, caring, and takes his time to explain everything so that I fully understand my condition.
Visited office for lower back issue, staff was helpful and the appointment was on time. Dr. Charen performed a physical and explained his thought process for treatment. I was happy with the overall experience.
Two knee replacements with him. Great results. Plus he office has always been accommodating.
This was my third visit with Dr. Charen over the years. He always puts my mind at ease with a friendly and caring approach. After my appointment, days later, his staff member, Sierra contacted me back within minutes with the answer to a question I had for Dr. Charen. He cares and so does his team. Excellent!!!
He took the time to listen, And he understood what I was explaining. He also found the time have a conversation on the cause of what I had experienced

When I Entered the waiting area it was very clean seats were apart medical receptionist were very professional I didn’t have to wait long it was clean smelled clean they were very courteous.
The doctor and office staff treated me in an excellent manor!
