Great gastrointestinal guy.
What a positive experience I had with Dr. Jeffrey Brown! Knowledgeable, understanding, kind and sympathetic with my myriad of issues; most of all, patient! Glad he was able to add me to his new patients.
Doctor is good but getting refills of prescriptions is very difficult. Pharmacy has sent over requests multiple times and they do not get filled.

My complaint is not necessarily with the doctor himself, but the staff, specifically the office staff. My father had an appointment, an emergent appointment today that was scheduled last week for trouble swallowing. Dr. Brown had seen him before and he had stretched his esophagus. Anyhow, it takes about an hour and a half, almost two hours anymore to drive from Harrogate to Knoxville. There is so much traffic, construction, etc., which adds to the time.
