Inability to listen to me explaining my symptoms. i found the doctor to be extremely dismissive and indifferent. He said the cause was arthritis in my right knee even though I told him the pain started in my left knee, subscribed meds and told me to come back in two weeks. Upon my follow-up I told him the pain in my left knee was still there and he fussed that I told him it was the right side of my knee which was clearly not the case. Experiencing trigger finger some associated pain. Called and got same day appt with dr a bend. Had consult, X-ray and was recommended 4 possible treatments. Least evasive was noninflamitory drug to reduce swelling and pain. Come back in a week if not better. Got fast staff paperwork done and whole appt was plesant. Office staff acted professionally. This doctor has a horrible bedside manner and does not respect his patients. He only spoke with me a couple of minutes and then walked out before I could explain my circumstances. He ordered x-rays even after I told him a prior doctor had just done that! He made an unprofessional remark to me that I care not repeat, so I switched ortho specialist.
