I don't really have a problem with the Diskins because I'm given a different opthalmologist every time I go there. Only saw Jeffrey for cataract surgery and never again. The office staff is OK, but always engrossed in their computers. It's impossible to schedule an appointment because they have a scheduling service which puts you on hold forever and doesn't return calls. So appointments need to be made in person. The worst doctor I have ever seen.
He put in the wrong lens and after a year, I still can't see clearly. I keep getting extra charges after paying the bill. Very frustrating.
He gave me such a run around about cataract surgery: the type of lens', the cost, the date.
