Today was my first visit to Dr. Best, and I’m so glad I had the chance to be treated by him, especially since my situation required urgent attention. Dr. Best is an exceptional podiatrist. He is truly superb! I am always impressed with his level of expertise, his thoughtful manner and his ability to provide a healing environment in his beautiful office.

I went to Dr. Best for an awful pain in my big toe. Big mistake. I agreed to an injection that would calm down the nerve. Well, it didn’t. What is numb is my foot below where the toe joins the foot and under my other four toes. Plus the site of the injection was so painful During the injection and still is. I think he hit the bone at that time. It turned out to be infected and was for a very long time. That was one of the infections I had the other two being nail trimming. I went to Dr. Best and he is a joke. He stuck me with a needle to give me a cortisone injection and then pulled the needle out saying "oh wrong needle, I was giving you the harpoon". he had then switched the needle tip and reinserted the needle in me, with Ultra sound, he then wiggled the needle inside my ankle to try to reposition it; why wasn't the needle properly inserted the first time? From the moment I walked into the office it was a very warm environment. Dr. Jeffery, was a delight to deal with, he was welcoming, informative and incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a podiatrist .
I am so thankful to have found Dr. Best to help me with my chronic foot pain. I had a non invasive therapy treatment to accelerate the healing process of fasciitis. Dr. Best took his time to be sure that I was comfortable. He was very compassionate and answered all of my questions. The staff is wonderful and the office is very clean in a Very relaxed environment.
Intelligent and caring Doctor...I met him for the first time today and was happy to find someone who had an old fashioned style about him. Unlike at other appointments - he was on time - and, I didn't feel rushed while getting a most thorough exam. I highly recommend using this DPM.
