All staff members were so nice to me and I always appreciate them asking if I’m okay. They always inform what each step is going to be and make me feel less anxious about going to the dentist. Thank you to everyone for making such a pleasant environment!
If I could give them a zero, I would. My husband and I had been going here for a couple years and the dentist and hygienists were great, however the receptionist not so much! She's not friendly. The last appointment we had scheduled, my husband and I each only needed a cleaning and we were past the 6 month wait (for insurance to cover it). She called us just weeks prior to our scheduled appointment and told us they no longer had a hygienist on wednesdays anymore and both our appointments were scheduled on a wednesday just a ... read more
