Ordered take out, Jefferson’s wings used to be some of my favorite. Tried Jefferson’s after not coming back for a while. Wings were very dry and hardly any flavor or sauce. Zaxby’s or some frozen wings from the grocery store would have actually been much better.
Terrible. Called in an order and was told it would be 30 minutes. I came in 45 because they never have them ready when they say and you always have to wait 10 minutes. Whomever took the order over the phone didn't even put it in, so the order wasn't even ready when I arrived at the restaurant and ended up having to wait even longer.

Food was great but the service sucks had 2 some times 3 servers worried about talking and one coming from kitchen playing on phone this is not the first time we have had bad service this is why we haven't been there in a while

Horrible customer service. Even the manager is rude. I didn’t get any sauce on 12 wings in my order.
It’s finally back to being as good as when it first opened. Good job!!
Worst customer service in a restaurant we have ever experienced. The wings we ordered for take out, got Home and they where under cooked! My wife carried them back and the Manager Ryan never came to the counter to apologize for this. I called him back over the phone to let him know that we will Never be back!! Who ever the owner of this location is needs to get there crap together as well , Poorly Managed place!!

The bathroom is literally covered in mold all over the sinks. If the bathroom is covered in mold I would hate to see the kitchen.
