I placed an order over the phone asked my food be hot and fresh especially my fries. Spent over $15.00 on a meal and she tells me to be there with in 15 min so I get there with in 10 minutes and my food was coming out. Food was cold fries were cold and seemed like they were recooked to make them fresh. Had to throw the fries away and ate celery. Charleighe was a great server, genuine person, and I hope to get her as a sever every time I visit!
We ordered ahead of time and paid over the phone. The girl on the phone was very rude. We arrived and the time they told us to and found that they gave our order away because "they're busy". Then we got to wait even longer. Didn't even get an apology or a discount. I'll take my money elsewhere next time. 😘😘😘
great food great service
My 5 children and I went to eat at Jefferson's last night. Kayla was my server and was wonderful. One of my kids were upset because they didn't have pizza. The servers were all very caring and attentive to him and went to the back and came back out and told him that they were making him a pizza!! Kayla brought coloring sheets to my other children and let them use her colored pens to color with. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!!
Loved the atmosphere an Dinner was wonderful..
This place, sadly has went back downhill. We were starting to enjoy it again and now we're back to avoiding it. Terrible service and food. Hopefully it will get back to normal because we have always enjoyed coming here for years.
Went there to eat tonight. It was a little crowded but almost everyone had already had their food. Was sat in the bar area & waited for 20-30 min before we got up and just walked out. Nobody ever came to our table
