Well I call to order to go and someone answers asks if I can hold a moment I say sure well after 15 minutes on hold no one come back to take my order!
The food was great except my dumb rude waitress brought me boneless and i HATE boneless and said I would have to pay for 2 orders of wings even though I said traditional!!! The hell with that place.
Call ins are pointless. Called in 30 mins ago and food still not ready. And to top it off, I was offered to get only flats, but that was not my order. I have to wait 5 minutes because I refused flats only. This is the third time, same experience. I am officially done. Will not be back. Food is really good, just not happy with service.
I placed an order over the phone asked my food be hot and fresh especially my fries. Spent over $15.00 on a meal and she tells me to be there with in 15 min so I get there with in 10 minutes and my food was coming out. Food was cold fries were cold and seemed like they were recooked to make them fresh. Had to throw the fries away and ate celery. Are 2 wings and I was like this is super not fresh and I call Jefferson to speak to them about the food and they tell me you need to bring the food back so we can reimburse you your ... read more
