This is less than a Minus Star Review. I have been a patient of this practice for more than a decade. I began my care with Dr. Christine Sountendijk. I then transferred my care to Dr. Elizabeth Boyle within the same office simply due to availability. I have always felt that I was receiving great care from both of them. However the administration team more specifically the front desk staff and some of the clinical support staff, does not provide a level of quality care to the patients in this office. Waited an hour for nothing just to say I can go to Labcorp for my lab work. Whole procedure blew me
I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for anything, but this warranted a review. Before I left for a two month business trip overseas, I made an appointment to request a prescription refill for multiple medications. I couldn’t get an appointment with the doctor I previously saw, so i made an appointment with another doctor in the practice. I clearly told this doctor how long I would be abroad for my job (two months). I realized the next day that the doctor only called me in a 30 day supply with no refills of the one... read more
