I have been coming this primary for over 10years despite the constant relocating. Knowing patients have to park in center city there is no grace period if your are late. I was 15 mins late after waiting to pay for valet (you will not find a parking spot on the street) the doctor chose not see me telling me to reschedule. Knowing I’m coming for having cardiac issue they could care less. They no longer put patient care 1st. I had to leave currently headed to the ER. A horrible experience I will definitely be transferring.
I am a patient there haven't been there in while called to ask a question and the front desk sounded like she did not want to help or be at work I will not be attending there any more
The correct address for this location is 33 South 9th Street, Suite 703 (it's not located in Jefferson Washington Square Urgent Care, like it says on Google Maps). Anyway, I recently switched insurance and transferred to this office for my primary care. Setting up an appointment was easy online, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and my PCP addressed all my concerns. I also didn't have to wait long to be seen (less than 15m), which is pretty great for a doctor's office.
