Awful office. They do NOTHING to help or assist and they always look like they’re in a bad mood, like you’re bothering them. Very common to Jefferson staff though. I kept contacting them to have my records transferred to my new PCP and they didn’t help at all. It was so frustrating. I’m happy this is not my office anymore.

If youve read other reviews,.you can figure out what mine will address....unprofessional office management. Shame because I liked my doctor but am forced to leave because the office staff are unqualified to do the job. No returned phone calls, all messages unanswered and the most irresponsible management around prescription refills, leaving patients without medication. If you have a chronic illness that requires medication, do not engage with this office. So shocking that Jefferson allows their reputation to be tarnished. Th... read more

In 2024 I had a very general BV infection that should have cost me $70-$100 to test for OOP. She didn’t let me know, gave no warning and suddenly BAM I had a $900 bill to pay. Not only that, but after experiencing horrible and life ruining symptoms, I was continuously dismissed, and it was like pulling teeth to have any sort of tests done. It didn’t matter how much pain I was in, or sympto... read more

I have been coming this primary for over 10years despite the constant relocating. Knowing patients have to park in center city there is no grace period if your are late. I was 15 mins late after waiting to pay for valet (you will not find a parking spot on the street) the doctor chose not see me telling me to reschedule. Knowing I’m coming for having cardiac issue they could care less. They no longer put patient care 1st. I had to leave currently headed to the ER. A horrible experience I will definitely be transferring.
