My experience here was horrible. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the fraudulent activity here. My pets records are being held hostage for a bill that never should have existed in the first place & is now tripled by late charge service fees. When I called to clear the problem up...of course nobody with authority will be able to speak to me all day..causing me to miss my dogs spay appointment at another clinic. I (Dr. Alice) know it is difficult for regular people--private individuals who don't own or run a business--to understand how often a small business is taken advantage of, in terms of unpaid bills, bounced checks, and various other maneuvers to get out of paying charges. Jefferson Vet Clinic is the ONLY place i will take my THREE dogs. I have no children, except for these guys, so i take their health as seriously as any parent. Jefferson vet has not only been there to ensure and continue the good health of my kids, but they have also been there, in the MOST professional way, when one of my kids needed to be humanly euthanized.
