Thank you to all the Out Patient staff, Dr. Lee and Dr. Moore that I spent yesterday from 730 am til 5 pm. They took good care of me with warm blankets, taking me and back to Ultrasound, to Dr Lee putting guide wires in my breast and Dr Moore doing surgery for left breast and all the staff in operating room. Awful. I had Doctor Marc Heller. Id rather go to a minuet clinic now. Refered me to a doctor also in Aria just to be told nothing was wrong with me as i gained 30 pounds in 2 weeks, felt horrible and was not ok. Went to a new specialist and I’m great now. 2 months later im having out sourced blood work bills sent to me and i was charged 100$ for a bloodwork review on tele-health and he told me stuff i already knew. Absolutely horrible group of doctors.

At this location the staff and doctors were unprofessional and bias. There were three other people that entered and they weren’t ask to put another mask and they had no gloves on. I walked in there at the same time with double mask and gloves on. The front desk person was bias and referring to the place’s policy of which was targeted only me. All of those people that entered the building at the same time as me they didn’t do the same thing as the front desk person asked me to do. While I sat to completing my information the ... read more

Once was a great practice but standards have fallen way off. On call is not on the same page as the practice. Promised me a phone call on Monday. I ended up having to call them. Reaction to my situation ranged from apathy to indifference by office staff. Finally got a tele visit. Was promised a call from testing center within 72 hours. That was exactly 1 week ago. Still waiting for that call. No one from the office did a follow up to check my condition either.

My husband was admitted last night. He is having surgery Monday. Three fingers are being amputated. I spoke with a physician assistant last night around midnight. I had to give more information to the nurse. My husband is a double amputee, who is blind, and had a kidney transplant. I have been calling the nurses station for 17.5 hours. Not one person answers. Almost 2 hours ago, I spoke to Mr. George Bennett. I explained that my husband cannot even use the call button to call a nurse if he needs help. he cannot use the hospi... read more

As a former University Hospital CEO I have to say TJU has the Worst Pre Admission Testing Process of any Hospital in 20 years. Who ever heard of PAT being full for 2 weeks? Now my daughter who will have her third surgery at TJU in 3 months has to have me drive literally 6 hours round trip one day to see a cardiologist for an EKG (of course in the city because Mainline Health and Penn have all the Dr. in the Suburbs), get lab slip, go to Quests, and 4 hours the next day to pick her up drive to the Navy Yard for Covid Test and... read more
