I 've lived here almost four years now and lucky me I go to the laundry early and always have washers and driers to use. I find other tenants friendly atleast they will smile and say hi if you do. Also this is a business so I am patient when they resolve problems.
The neighbors aren't the friendliest plus they haven't installed an A/C unit I've been on a "waiting list" for months. It's supposed to be here by May. Well, May is halfway over and no A/C yet. Also, count your lucky stars if you find a working washer and dryer in the laundromat.
I have lived here for 8 years. When I first moved in I loved it. That being said after 8 years this place has really gone down hill. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has s family. I am happy to be leaving here finally!
I love living here, been here for about 2 years. I do wish that there was more storage, and that we could use fire pits.
Chosen, the property manager is amazing. Anytime I call she makes me feel important and not just a tenant. She makes sure I get all of my needs met quickly. I love living here at Jefferson Townhomes!
The Misses and I live there and we love it!! The staff and the people r great also!!!
