Eileen is unprofessional and inappropriate , we went to Jefferson townhome to take a look at display room and application to fill out . She said she will take us to display room but she took us to a room where someone is renting there , while we were in that room she looked at my husband chest and picked something on his chest , it was just a little piece of paper . RecommendedI lived there for 17 years and loved it, loved Loretta who was manager. Moved across the street in a home on Westlawn street but had to abandon home because of criminal neighbors Boerschigs.
I like everything about it. No complaints whatsoever. The staff is extremely nice and to your aid if anything needs fixing, even to light bulbs. Outside workers keep the grounds meticulously neat summer and winter.
I love Jefferson Townhomes! Eileen made my move in super easy and is such a sweetheart! I have had a great experience here so far and plan on staying. The girls and maintenance staff have always been very friendly and helpful! The grounds are always looking great! I would recommend this complex to all my friends and family!!
The staff is not professional. They act like you're bothering them when you call with an issue. The maintenance department does not show up in a timely manner. When I moved in my toilet kept overflowing. Every time I would call about water running into the hallway or down in my kitchen they didn't care.
