I would like to respond to the owner's response to my review I posted back in 2023. What was so egregious to me was when we presented the mold report and asked to be relieved from the lease a month or two before it expired because the apartment was inhabitable, the management refused to allow us out of the lease and in fact charged us an extra fee for moving out early. Where did all the reviews go? Last year there were dozens of reviews waning people about the health risks and other unethical behavior by the land lord for this place. My daughter lived here and got sick and had to move out. Then had to pay fees and penalties even though the apartment was uninhabitable. REGARDING the owner response below. We notified you numerous times and you did nothing.
The apartment my son lived in had mold blowing into the air for 4 years from the AC unit that was "Supposedly" cleaned every year. The mold was also in the bathroom and kitchen. This building needs to be condemned and torn down. It is a health hazard. I warn you not to move in here. You are putting your health and the health of your family at risk. My son was horribly sick those 4 years, two unnecessary surgeries, nerve damage, countless doctor's visits and it compromised his ability to do his job. I wish I could have sued b... read more
