Jerks & Jokes was amazing tonight. Really great new food and hilarious comedy. Thank you for the opportunity to join you! Hope to see that Jerk Chicken on the menu!!
Last three times we have been here, the wait is slower and slower. Servers are typically rude and dismissive. The times on the door and website are incorrect and when you mention that to the staff all you get is a snotty reply of " Oh well, we are closed now."Today people that came in ten minutes after us were finished with their meal before we ever saw ours. Don't think we will be back again.
This is the only place where I love the BBQ sauce. Every other sauce I've tasted has been too sweet or too spicy. This is just right! Service is very customer oriented in my experience, but this small restaurant is always busy which speaks to just how good this place is! Come earlier rather than later in the evening to avoid long waits.
I feel the need to review after being here several times and to counteract some of the reviews that seem petty and unfair ratings. We've brought several people as guests and we always end up with different menu items. Every thing I've tried was delish! I did have meat one time that that was not as warm as I like, but I'm sure they would've taken care of it had I mentioned it. Wasn't enough to warrant a complaint. We've used groupons with no issues. My ribs were burnt ... Brought me another rack , very dry . Will not return !
