I was born in Converse, 1968......I am a well "SEASONED" world traveled bbq smoking Chef... and its so awesome to see a Farm to Fork BBQ establishment in Converse..Utilizing your local farmers is Commendable! ...Keep up the amazing work! AWESOME JOB!
Good food, nice helpful waitresses, close to home, and in a nice little town. JSt. BBQ has the feeling of a local Mom & Pop restaurant to relax and enjoy.

They justed catered our Christmas dinner at Weaver Popcorn and it was fabulous! Everyone loved it!
Our favorite place for BBQ hands down, the only downside is staying out of the fudge shop across the street!
Well worth the drive to Converse for this fabulous food! We have tried just about everything on the menu & haven't found anything we didn't like!!! Even their tea is fabulous... Our favorite waiter is Stefan-he is by far the best - always a joy to see his smiling face! Great Food Great Service All at a great price - can't be beat!
