I've traveled all over the United States. A genuine taste of America can be found at Jefferson Street BBQ; in its historic building, decorated walls, homey staff, and killer good food. It's an outside-the-box-not-your-run-of-the-mill emporium of great eats!!!
Terrible 2nd experience! Tried to make reservations a week prior, said we can't, party of 10 only. Waited 2 hours with our disabled veteran grandparents only to be told they didn't have room because so many reservations had been made. They lied to us. People had make reservations 2,4,6 tops. After my wife complained enough a couple offered to share a large table with us. Won't be back. Very rude manager! At least the company and food was good.
Just left after waiting 30 minutes to be seated to find out they were out of pulled pork. Eaten there many time but after a mix up in seating because of no service we will never be back.
The Swine, Wine, and Bourbon event tonight was beyond expectations! Both the food and spirits were out of this world. We cannot wait until the next tasting event and I am sure it will become a tradition. I will leave with this, bacon wrapped dates......I am in love with them!!!!!!!!!
