my friend does not have a facebook so i am allowing him to use mine. This Complex and the management company is a RIP OFF. I was doubled billed because i was told by Aaron my auto pay was not active. So i entered another payment per his instructions and look what happened. My auto pay worked. I was then told to go to my bank and cancel 1 of the transactions and because they are not capable of running a business properly I was billed $30.00 from my bank to stop payment. If you are looking for safe place FORGET ABOUT THIS PLACE. The security call box on door in building 3 has never worked properly. You are not able to buzz your guest up. Management excuse is when the building was built that control box was installed by another contractor and therefor they don't have the code/know how to securely program the call box. Therefor it has never fully functioned in over a year.

We appreciate all the love, support, and sense of community at the Jefferson Stonebriar Apartments. We are able to host great events because of our neighbors' willingness to build community here. My wife and I can honestly say that we have made friendships that will last a lifetime.
Jefferson Stonebriar is a great place to live. With friendly office staff, great amenities, perfect location and a fantastic Cares Team I would say this is a great choice for anyone looking for a new home!

My husband and I have lived here since May. The community is beautiful! The management is quick to respond to requests. The maintenance team is friendly and trustworthy. I especially love the Cares Team! Audrey and Sang throw great get-togethers multiple times per month. What a great way to turn neighbors into friends!! �
We are relatively new to Jefferson Stonebriar but we have been very pleased with our choice. Unfortunately, our leasing agent, Aurora, was transferred to another property. She was very helpful during the renting process and other staff members have provided great service in her absence. I attended a Cares Team event where I met Audrey and Sang.
