RecommendedVery spacious Townhomes and Flats. So many amenities you actually forget to use them. New Fitness Center, Club Room, Zen Garden, Rooftop Lounge and so much more!! The Staff ~ Stephanie, Jason, Char, Victoria and Stephen to name a few are simply AWESOME! The property is well maintained and CLEAN. I am so happy to be a part of the CASAH Family. I would highly recommend Capital at Stonebriar for your new HOME.
Fantastic place to live!!
Last night my friend parked on the 5th floor which is where visitors are told they are allowed to park... well we leave her car there for under 45 minutes and we came back and her car was GONE. As a resident you pay a lot of money to live here and I’m So embarrassed that my friend is having to pay 400$ to get her car back. This is absurd and we are going to be leaving reviews on All of our accounts. No one should have to drive the the 5th floor, to get all the way to visitor parking and then get towed!!!
They really know how to take care of their residents! Always doing fun events like wine Wednesday and brunches🥰 It has been such a joy living here! Also, excellent location.
I've been at this property for a year now and I'm currently signing up for another. The friendly office staff is so helpful and did amazing in assisting me in finding a new home on property when it was time for my son to get his own room! The community is well manicured and maintenance is always prompt, friendly, and professional when assisting me in my home. I'm so excited to move into my new two bedroom. This is my 3rd lease signing and.i absolutely love the staff, maintenance is great, there are always fun events going on!!!! With all.of the amenities I feel like am already on vacation when I get home.
Rrpeted rental billing errors. Management keeps asking for same insurance documents over and over. I submitted the renters insurance already 3 times within last 6 months. I still get the $35 charge. I emailed general box and to management them to take it off. Still waiting for them to correct it so I can pay my rent. You cannot manually adjust your pay. You either pay the incorrect bill or not pay at all. Very slow turn around to any requests. Hopefully expressing my concern publicly will speed things up.
