We went to Jefferson's today at lunch. We ordered two orders of fried mushrooms and two house salads. I also ordered unsweetened tea and thousand island dressing for my salad. When I got my tea, it was sweet and when my salad came out, it had ranch dressing. When the mushrooms were served, they were dark colored and hard as a brick, and they tasted horrible like they had been cooked in old grease. Came to Jefferson's around 8:45.. My niece slipped & fell. We called the manager to the table. She acted like it was nothing. Then our food was horrible. I sent mines back. The guys in the kitchen was playing in their hair. The manager was horrible.. One of the waitress argued with my niece because she said something about her 2yr falling.
