Service was absolutely terrible. Waited for drink refills for over 30 minutes when we got our food (which also took about 40 minutes) our fries were cold which we were charged 3$ for. We asked to speak to a manager who then offered no solutions to the issue. The location in Rainbow City is 100 times better. We won't be back.
Last time I visit the Gadsden location. Service has always been terrible. I guess if you're not of male gender, you're not gonna tip or be that important. Salad had yellow chunky lettuce. RBC much better. Manager was not even mediocre.
Great atomosphere, tv's galore, draft beer and hot wings. Wings big enough to have come from Turkey.
