Call ins are pointless. Called in 30 mins ago and food still not ready. And to top it off, I was offered to get only flats, but that was not my order. I have to wait 5 minutes because I refused flats only. This is the third time, same experience. I am officially done. Will not be back. Food is really good, just not happy with service.

Came in for dinner with my dad, brother and nephew today and ordered food an hour and half ago and still have no food. They brought us a few cards for "half" orders of pickles? I don't even eat pickles. This place has really gone down..what a shame!
