The folks at the center were courteous, nice and caring. Wait time was short. However, contacting Jefferson a week later to check on results and speak with a human is almost impossible. Edit: Called the number below for help. Got 2 minutes of prompts for various hospitals but nothing for the imaging center. Finally tried option #3 and got a message to leave my name and number. Excellent experience at Jefferson MRI at Bustleton. They are efficient, professional and clearly care about providing a great patient experience. Special shout out to Danielle in scheduling and the MRI tech Julia who made this visit top notch!
Firstly, The lady that help me with my MRI is the best very helpful, I could give her 5 stars but the Receptionist in the front is very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude, I just had to ask few questions but she talk to me with a rude aura, she’s the first person to meet in that area but no smiles or welcoming feeling, even just talking to her makes me just want to go home and cancel my app, also the Disc printer is broken, Please fix it. Thank you!!
