Only gave itt a one star because there is nothing lower! Been laying on a stretcher in the hallway of the ER for six hours now waiting for a CAT scan AND I've seen only one or two patients come inI behind me since I got here. If you need a hospital, go anywhere but here!! They are the absolute WORST!
This facility does not recognize when a patient is confused or mentally unstable and will discharge a patient in the cold with no shoes to themselves.
Horrible. Negligence and incompetence!! I had a bad experience 2 years ago and my chronically ill husband had a bad experience there on 13/4/2024. He has a long complicated medical history that includes diabetes and osteomyelitis of his toes. He went to the emergency room concerned about an open wound on his left foot. He had to wait hours. He is oxygen dependent and he wasn’t given oxygen! They put a dressing on the wound but his shoe didn’t fit over his foot. The nurse got annoyed and walked away. I was seen by Dr Kateryna Branish at Jefferson health in turnersville New Jersey. Dr Branish is no longer with Jefferson health. When I call Jefferson health and ask where she went They tell me they are not allowed to say and they don't know. I would like to thank Dr Branish for the concern that she showed in me that I have not received from that firm Jefferson health. I believe I only had three contacts with the doctor. had been going to this office for many years because my doctor had relocated to this office but unfortunately, she left the practice, and I now know I should have as well. My last visit was HORRIBLE! I was told I could get my blood drawn during my appointment which I found out in the most unprofessional and embarrassing way that I couldn't. I had been on blood pressure medicine for some time but that day the person taking my blood pressure gave me an inaccurate reading that said it was normal, but I knew it was wrong. I exp... read more
