Horrible! Don't move here. We've been living here for four months and the apartment is full of problems. The air conditioning filter is disgusting and nobody came to change it. We have breathing problems in the middle of COVID. My son's nose is bleeding and my husband has asthma. The hallway, elevator and parking are always dirty. The fridge seal needs to be replaced and nobody comes to change. My food is always going bad. Laundry door does not close. The dishwasher is broken. The garage door control does not work. This complex has significantly declined over the past 2.5 years I have been here. It seems like the office staff changes every month. The walls and floors get thinner and thinner making every noise & footstep louder. Don't bother going into the office to ask for help or report an issue. They will simply brush you off. We have a new team that is ready to serve you. We work to stay competitive with pricing in our area which may cause them to fluctuate based on the current market. I used to see one upland on social media and thing hey that’s where I live! Now I see it and want to scream ever since new management came in , it has been one thing after another. Yet here they are on social media promoting “luxury living”. Maybe we shouldn’t be promoting amenities since NONE of them are available . Wanna work out? Oh sorry you have to sign up for a slot and it can only be an hr long. And if you work normal business hrs you are out of luck gyms only open 9-5. Want a tan? I’ve been a resident here for over two years and can confidently say the management of this complex was declined significantly. Management has overturned so much and each new batch of them care less than the previous. Extremely disappointed in how they’ve handled recent COVID-19 resections. They immediately took away all amenities and refuse to come fix maintenance requests yet will call you DAILY if have any outstanding balance. Stay away from this place !! We live here at Jefferson One Upland in NORWOOD and two days ago someone stole a car from inside a garage in building 2. The person had easy access to the building , forced several garage doors open, and stole a car. Since there are no surveillance cameras in the building, nobody saw it and there is not much the police can do about it . This is insane and totally unacceptable. We moved here last summer for what we thought was going to be just a few months while we looked for a home to buy. But we love it so much that we just signed another year lease. Who wants to take care of a house when here you just call the office if anything needs fixing or attention. The staff (especially Mike and Andre) are extremely attentive and caring. Friendly neighbors, great pool, onsite gym, and large dog parks are what Upland Apartments is all about!!

As I walked around One Upland this morning I saw Michael, the assistant property manager moving the furniture around at the patio. This is not the first time I have seen him wearing many hats at our property and I’m sure many residents don’t even realize this.
