Ever since I was charged $100 for the obligatory pregnancy test before getting an IUD that’s supposed to be $0 all-inclusive, I hesitate to go here for anything. They must have messed up the billing codes they sent to my insurance company
Writing on sisters behalf, poorly managed by rude manager. Not patient centered at all
Not disability friendly and dangerous. Tyisha Stockley, their manager physically boxed in my car with hers to prevent me from leaving then called to berate me when I complained. I had very briefly stopped (took less than 5 minutes) to drop off 1 trip of groceries inside through the doors on the first floor up the ramp because I have a disability which is also shown by my disability placard on my car and I had told her that I am disabled and dropping off the groceries very quickly because I live here. I feel like people only leave reviews when things go wrong. But mine and my husband'a PCP Dr. Tomko is here, and she's absolutely the most helpful and compassionate doctor either of us have ever had. I also think the office here is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is efficient and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I actually look forward to my appointments, even though we've moved to where it's a little less convenient to come here.
