First of all, they,unequivocally, saved my life two or three times. The most recent encounter, I felt like a no one else's waiting, burden. I had severe pain that was treated as a one-time non-emergent problem. The doctor who saw me as an un-memorable nuisance should feel bad, but I still have the pain he barely noticed will be remembered. 90% of the time these guys are great. I'd encourage people who need them not to hesitate choosing Abington Lansdale hospital for anything. Hope this helps in an ER visit.

After waiting 3 hours in the ER waiting room, a young woman, in a wheelchair, was obviously ill with a stomach virus. When she went to the floor, my husband ran to get help.. It took a bit for a nurse to come out and she started yelling at her to get up! The young girl said she felt like she was going to have a seizure and went to the floor so she wouldn’t hit her head. Everyone from the registration, PA, RNs, radiologists, housekeeper, and doctor were so nice. It takes a lot to want to do a good review at a hospital but they were all so helpful and informative. Shoutout Trevor, Marissa, Dr Mead and the housekeeper! All wonderful employees!

Where are you finding these doctors? My mom went in for abdominal pain, and on top of the long wait, a doctor told her that a specific organ looked "good" after reviewing the imaging. Problem is my mom had that organ removed over 25 years ago. Absolute clown show in the ER over there. What happened to this hospital?
