I called and scheduled an appointment and provided all relevant information including my insurance information. 6 week wait for an appointment, which was fine. Less than 24hrs before the appointment they call to tell me that they do not accept my insurance and if I wanted to keep my appointment I would have to self pay. The woman who called was rude, as was her supervisor. Why did it take 6 weeks to figure out they don't take my insurance?
