Called for appt 2 days before, and told me it was at the usual location, 11th and walnut. Showed up there and was sent to new location, where they have been since mid November. 10am appt and wasn’t seen until 1050. New state of the art building, nice, but check in was chaotic. They were taking 1030 appt before the 10am appt, everyone very confused about the process, patients and staff alike. I was asked to come back for a second look after my initial exam. I have no regrets and the procedure was painless with the clear device
Don't come here for a mammogram unless you want multiple unnecessary callbacks and tests. Please get a second opinion if you have any doubts about their diagnosis and recommendations. Most of the staff are very nice. Try to find a place that reads your screening mammogram on the spot.
The staff was exceptionally Friendly and Attentive. Very knowledgeable. Not a long wait time.
I have no complaints about this place, I like their process,check in area waiting time was about 5 minutes, procedure area waiting time about 5 to 10 minutes an then I was called by technician she was very nice an had a lot of patience with me an within no time I was seen by the doctor an given my results, yes this place is highly recommended from my experience.I wish the break room an exam room was much warmer.
