We have always used Bayada and have been nothing but happy and grateful with the Bucks team in Jamison. Somehow, my mother was opened up by the Jefferson Bayada Philly team. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and accountability from this office. My mother, who has stage 4 cancer, requires regular drainage of her lung. The agency was responsible for supplying the necessary medical equipment for this critical procedure, yet they failed to provide the supplies as required for over a week. I had home care for physical therapy and I just wanted to leave a review for the PT Stephanie. She has helped me tremendously the past few weeks even with personal matters that she didn't have to do. She definitely went out of her way to not only give me the help and guidance I needed but make me feel comfortable too. I would recommend this company (esp. Stephanie) for anyone that is in need of physical therapy at home.
My mom suffered a stroke back in May - went to moss rehab and then discharged to Home health - the 2 therapists that worked with my mom were absolutely amazing (Beth and Kelly I believe) - with their help they got her walking independently with a walker - she transitioned to outpatient therapy and is now using a cane - thank you Bayada/jefferson
