Dr. Lavu and his staff have been the greatest! Dr. Lavu truly saved my husband's life twice and I will be forever grateful. The office staff have been very good and the office is top-notch! Everyone is very caring and personable and have made a very serious and difficult experience much more easier to deal with on a daily basis. Thank you Dr. Lavu!

The staff, front desk all very disrespectful talk to you like they’re in the street. The managers lies takes No accountability for her, or the staff. You have to be not on top of your health they don’t inform you if the doctor be out an you have a serious issue. There’s No real direction, No consequences so the behavior continues. The doctors at Jefferson Hospital are Excellent, the surgeon's I would give a 10 🌟 star if I could, I have had brain surgery 2 times at Jefferson Hospital, and the same way I went in Physically also mentally, is the way I came out minus the problems of the aneurysm, Jefferson saved my life more than once, not only my life some of my family members life, I would always recommend this hospital even though I have had a few problems with other staff, however it will never take from what this hospital means to me, I could never ... read more
