As a family doctor I expect to get an appointment in a few weeks, not months, 4 , to be more specific. The receptionist sounded like he hated to be bothered, so, I am no longer their patient.

I was able to get a new patient appointment within a week, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a provider. From the receptionist who checked me in to the medical assistant who took my vitals, everyone was incredibly sweet and kind. Most importantly, the doctor took his time going over everything with me and made sure I understood it all before I left. I actually felt heard and listened to instead of being rushed through the visit. I’m really glad I chose this office!

I made my son a new patient appointment in January The first available appointment was April 24 2026! When he went to his appt The receptionist said looks like your appointment was canceled on my chart I never cancel the doctors not here today she they said The office Cancel the appointment on my chart which he never seen it was canceled so don’t call to tell you that your appt was canceled.
