I was excited to find a dentist that accepts my insurance and could get me an appointment for the next day. However, I was reached out to and asked if I could come in earlier than scheduled because of their lunch time. I go in at 11AM instead of my 1PM scheduled appointment time (the woman asked me to come in at 11AM if I could). I don’t recommend Jefferson ! And I want to tell all moms who take their kids there for braces please think twice they did horrible my daughter teeth she is only 14 now I have to go for second opinion to see what we have to do after paying all the amount they ask us for braces it really bad please don’t trust them went u go there please go inside with your kids . 4 hours for a routine appointment is unacceptable. I usually recommend JDC Hurst because they never overcharge, but half a day of my life during quarantine with a child at home trying to entertain herself while my husband works from home. I missed breakfast, AND LUNCH, because of this delay. Why did I reschedule for an 8am appointment, only to be there until noon and STILL have to risk exposure from HALF the day's patients?
RecommendedHad great visit with Dr.Siddiqui. My problems were addressed, after seeing 2 dentist for the same issue. The staff was also amazing!
Came into day for my 4:30 appt to pick up my whitening kit. Still here! My first appt for a cleaning took 3 hours! Almost an hour and half so far! Just to pick something up!!!! Will not be back.
Very professional. Very helpful. Takes care of their patients. Dr.Siddiqui was extremely helpful and nice highly recommended!

ITS HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!! THEY HAVR GOOD STAFF IN THE FRONT DESK BUT FORGET ABOUT THE MANAGER. She's REDICULOUS. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
I needed to thank so so much at this office god bless them! We luv them! While I was being treated my granddaughter with special needs the amazing staffs kept her so happy , safe we felt like family!! This place is awesome,clean, excellent work, from the dentist to the front office we would never go anywhere else!!p.s I had each person names but can’t find it !!
