my appointment was at 10am they told me to wait in the car that they will give me a call an 1 and 40 minutes later I walk in and ask whats going on they gave me an excuse of my computer was not working. just say the truth you forgot to call! the only person that was caring and good was the lady that took my x-rays. they were taking thir time to get to me . I arrived to my appointment and they’re door says to call them and wait in your car for your turn. Therefore I do so, and get hung up on. I call back and the guy says “a nurse will be out to take your temperature.” And I asked if he needed to know the name on the appointment or anything and he said no it’s not my turn yet. Then hangs up. Never had such a bad experience at a new dentist, it was sad.
I used to love it here and had Dr.Siddiqui do a lot of work in my mouth. She did a bunch of filling on one side of my mouth, and I told her a month later that the tooth was hurting. She said everything looked fine and blamed it on a skating accident I had told her about (TMJ). I went to a new dentist (Nirvana Dental), because I was in so much pain. She said the tooth had been drilled so deep that I had a abscess, and had to get a root canal. I’m so done. Also another root canal that I got done with them is now infected. It’s... read more
Excellent dental care by Jefferson Dental at Hurst. It was my first time there. Dr. Shah and his dental assistant Mike were very professionals. No waiting. Highly recommended.
