DO NOT GO! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went to these scammers August 24, 2022 for an Ortho visit. They gave me an Ortho treatment plan and what my monthly payment would be. I told them I had a general dentist appointment the next day and wanted to wait until I got the amount for that plan before signing. I was told "oh don't worry, your insurance will cover it", so I signed the contract. On May 10th, 2022 I visited Jefferson Dental Clinic at East Houston and I had very bad experience with the staff there. They given me the appointment for routine cleaning and I was at the office for about two hours and at the end they asked me to come the next day. Apparently the office manager took her sweet time and came up with the treatment plan and it was not affordable and need to be scheduled for another time. Please don't go there, too much time consuming. Try you to convince for big expense. Not at all affordable for middle class family who has no insurance. Don't go by $29 yearly payment for insurance.
This is my Third visit. Very clean office the stuff the manager and the doctor are very friendly they have very good customer service I had a very good experience and I would recommend to my families and friends

Bad service, waste of your time
I had a 2:45 apointment but wasn't seen until 4:15. Root cana l was done well but I was told crown may take 6 weeks and they would call. Seven weeks later I called and was put on hold, 25 minutes of waiting and then was disconnected. After 7th week, I stopped in at office and asked for the state of my crown. They searched and finally found it. I was told they would call me in about 15 minutes for an appointment. Hours later and still no call. I had to call back. Too much delay and inefficiency due to overbooking?
Mrs. Felicia was very helpful ay the Lyons location. Very friendly and nice place. I like the that they have late hours and open on Saturdays.
1. Making an appt online does not guarantee your slot. Every time, they call to change it. 2. Always...ALWAYS late. I was never seen on time. Once I had to leave b/c it took so long and I had other appts. 3. The clerk told me 1 date/time on the phone. When I went in, he said it was for the next day at a diff time. 4.
