Not very professional. Had a bridge made and they made me a temporary. Had problems with the temporary and they made me another one that looked rather funny. My permanent was suppose to be about two weeks later. I went ahead and keep the temporary in reguardless how it looked. Went back to get my permanent only to find out something happened to my xrays delaying it another two weeks. The only thing they could say was sorry.
