You know I used to love you guys but your management office who handles your insurance and scheduling really need to learn how to do their job. Not only did they waste 3 hours of mine and a 40 min drive one way on a Saturday just to say they were overbooked and try to send me elsewhere they failed to show any empathy for the situation. No care at all. then they wasted 2 weeks not bothering to verify insurance for my oldest son when y'all took the exact same insurance just 2 weeks ago with my other son. Always been a friendly and cost effective dental.
As a new patient, I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cotton took time to ask questions and provide answers and explanations when asked various questions. I felt well taken care of and plan to be a regular patient for all my future dental needs.

Great dentist Dr. Cotton and staff is wonderful. I put my trust in this place. Very reasonable prices. No insurance no problem. I read it smells of smoke, it does not very clean place. A new smile can bring new life, new Hope. Giving God the Glory!
