My experience at Jefferson Dental Care was pleasant. Eventhough customer service is suppose to be given on a daily basis being a business that serves the public, I must say that I was accommodated a little more than I was suppose to be. On the other hand, there is a lovely Asian woman who works there and she is as gentle as a dove. I am afraid of medical & dental offices. I know what they are going to do & say because I worked for several medical offices. But they they did try to ease my anxiety. They are very friendly.
Routine cleaning - Everything was excellent and everyone was very friendly!
I have been going to Jefferson Dental for many years. I love all the people there, from Dr. Jouandot to Yvonne, to the office staff. Everyone is always welcoming and warm. No one LOVES going to the dentist but they make it the best it can possibly be.
