This was my second time at Jefferson Dental Care and I was so impressed by everyone there. Everybody was nice and professional and the woman at the front desk even helped explain the intricacies of my dental insurance. In addition, it was easy to schedule an appointment, they send you text reminders about appointments, and my appointment started right on time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They were hepful to me because they were up front and clear about pricing. As in insuresd this is very important to me.
Always friendly, easy to get appointments, and fantastic service. It took me a long time to find Dr. Charles again after Katrina. It will take another major hurricane to make me leave. My husband feels the same.
Everyone is very pleasant and friendly -- made sure I was comfortable when I had my first filling - at 25! Always in & out in a timely manner!

Our experience at Jefferson Dental for our 3 year old daughter's first dentist appt was excellent and better than I expected. She loved it and wants to come back. Elise and Dr. Jouandot were fantastic! Given such a positive experience my husband will also be making appointments.
