I've used the clinic for a while in and off depending on my needs. However I'm gonna stop going and hopefully the phone calls stop too. I missed an appointment, not only do I get a call to reschedule the appointment the details of that appointment come out. Due to hacking, my voicemails can be heard, and this is such a huge concern for patient privacy why complain when I can go elsewhere. Even speech to text, which can be read with the hacking, is still a violation of patient privacy.

They gave me a false positive on an h.i.v. test, which happens, but they werent very consoling when i thought i did have it.
