The staff at Jefferson County Public Health Clinic are kind, thorough, and went above and beyond in getting me treatment. The answered all my questions and spent lots of time discussing the procedure I had done and letting me know what to expect. The nurses and staff here are great! When I arrive on time for appointments, I sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes until I'm called. So today I arrived an hour early. It is now 3:00 (my appointment time) and still have yet to be called. I've been sitting here AN HOUR! I arrived 5 minutes late once (coming from Parker) and you forced me to reschedule. So it's unacceptable for your patients to be late yet perfectly acceptable for me to wait here over an hour. (It is now 3:05 PM) still haven't been called! fix it.
