The experience was excellent. No complaints, fast service, in and out. Bonus, they washed and detailed my car when they finished the job and returned that brand new feel again.
The service was great. After arriving late in the afternoon for service that service staff greeted my friendly and professionally. The communicated with me on what to expect and the time frame I will return for any additional service.
Everyone was friendly and professional. The waiting room was nice and warm.
2 hours is a long time to wait for a oil change.
