My car was returned to the dealership same day due to a check engine light coming on 10 minutes after picking up. My vehicle had been in the shop for OVER a MONTH before this last incident. I have nothing nice to say about my experience. I’ll happily update if I ever receive my car back — without issues. ** I would have appreciated the manager actually reaching out to me instead of passing the buck.
Service was good, I had a oil change and I needed a new tire. I had to leave my car there overnight just for a tire. I wasn't expecting that.
I want to leave a negative review don’t go here. This place is very unprofessional. I had my car towed there about a week and a half ago for a key. I been getting the run a rounds about getting my car back. I spoke to a guy name William that was apparently trying do a side hustle on the car. William had me Cash App him 200 dollars to fix some wires the car never got fixed and I never received an invoice. I later spoke to the owner supposedly name John.
