just purchased a jeep wrangler today! looked at it Saturday, and paid for it today! they were great! my credit is shot and I was able to go through Jefferson auto! love my new to me Jeep! great prices on all the vehicles, low miles too! we checked many places for a similar jeep amd they all wanted a crazy down payment. jefferson auto worked with me and drove off the lot today!
Good place but mechanical wise terrible I first got the car door lock wouldn’t work they replaced it now I’m sitting here can’t get in my vehicle Driver Door is broken can’t get in my vehicle the catalytic converter wentAfter six months to a code in the first week about the convertorThey didn’t fix it here at fairly wet and I had to pay foitThe air-conditioners broke it’s just things keep breaking

customer service is great! I don't think I will ever go back being both cars my husband and I got had to take back to be fixed and as of right now I am still waiting to get our vehicle back 3 weeks later. they give a loaner that is not even suitable to what we need.
