Things seem like they have been going downhill since the new Jefferson people took over, been here 7 yrs, now and they had a wonderful staff in the office, and the best maintenance team and I have lived in apts. all my life. I have been trying to get a running toilet fixed now for one week to no avail. showed up once and said it was fixed and it is still running. never had this problem before. Don't get me wrong the people in the office now are still very nice but I am getting no results!!!
Used to be a FANTASTIC place to live with a great community and even greater staff but after being purchased by the new company it's been nothing but headaches and disappointment. We've been living here for 2 years and needless to say we won't be renewing our lease this coming December. It's really sad because we though we would be living here for years and years but nothing ever gets done since the staff rarely tries. The property looks awful since they don't bother cleaning up. Trash all over the dumpster area for two weeks. Stellar new Jefferson team that doesn't listen. I sent an email earlier last week to them about this and they still haven't done anything. So I have take photos and will follow up with management and Virginia department of health if need be. Also you can never get ahold of the leasing office or a maintenance person.
