Scheduled an appointment with Dr Jeffers on Tuesday afternoon. He prescreened me over the phone and made an appointment early at 8am on Monday. He ends up calling me on Sunday afternoon just before noon and prescreens me again. He keeps beating around the bush and tells me about how he’s only seen about ten people this week and how he wants to limit exposure (currently on Covid-19 lockdown, the lockdown ends on Monday, the day of the appointment). Hi Gene, due to the current health emergency surrounding the coronavirus I have had to modify my medical practices and was not able to see you as scheduled.
They’ll never rush you out the door or make you feel like a number. They take the time to get to know you and your situation. And at the same time, there’s no pressure for long-term care beyond what you need. My last chiropractor pressured me to purchase a package that included three visits per week for three months no matter how I was feeling. So I really appreciate Dr. Jeffers’ approach.
