WORST car buying experience ever! I drove four hours for nothing. The deal should have been theirs but they played a game with me and were untruthful. The brand new car had far more miles on it than described, had a dent (that they weren't going to work with me on I might add) and they pre negotiated with me in an email that the sales manager would not honor. This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. the sales team did not listen to my needs the factory paint has flaws and it is a less capable vehicle than the one I traded in . Very bad experience. The sales process was brutal.
