You are professional thieves and con- artists I don't know how you sleep at night knowing you sold a desperate struggling family a ticking time bomb I have had my car since Feb. They will get a star from me once they fix my car. I got a used car from them a little over a year and a half ago that roughly had 39,000 miles on it. I purchased a warranty for an extra 60,000 miles or 60 months. Now that my car is at 62,000 miles they are saying my warranty expired at 60,000 miles. Why would I agree to a warranty that ends at 60,000 miles when I got the car it was almost 40,000. That doesn't make sense.

I had a terrible experience when buying a car from here. I had been communicating with Josh Wocher online about a 2011 Honda Odyssey. The van was a recent trade in, and Josh assured me it was being cleaned and would be ready when I arrived on the 24th. Josh wasn't there when we arrived, and so I was told to work with Mark Christman.
