Ordered in December 2024 lmao, Never got my items, or refund. Stopped replying after all the excuses possible.
Bought a beautiful clover bracelet from them and it was an easy process. I had to resize the bracelet afterwards which Jeff accommodated without a problem. All and all, I definitely recommend this jeweller if you’re within the area. Unfortunately they’re not open on weekends so you’d have to find the time during the week if you live quite a distance.
